Columbus, OH, January 9, 2026 — Casey Jordan has been promoted to executive vice president and chief information officer and is now a member of the Encova Insurance senior leadership team.

Since joining the company in 2006, Casey has played a pivotal role in modernizing our technology platforms and aligning IT strategy with business outcomes. His leadership has spanned enterprise data management and business intelligence, technology operations, core systems modernization, and the delivery of many strategic initiatives. Most recently, Casey championed the retirement of our legacy systems and led the successful upgrade to Guidewire Cloud.
